Pros

Easy job, can see and stay in different towns

Cons

Nobody cares about you, perfection is all that matters, saw my boss 3 times in a year, same problems no solutions. Basically just deal with it. You have people in an office across the country creating your route no, nobody listens, nobody has passion, you get yelled at because they send mass amounts of shippers to stores that dont want or need them. You set it up only to take it down, you have no room to store the things u pick up. Youre literally alone. And when your boss decides its convienent for him to see you its not for you. They lie the cheat and you dont get paid for the amount of crap you have to deal with or do.

We're sorry to hear that the freedom of this position caused less face to face contact with your Supervisor than you were anticipating. Our routing team works very diligently to create efficient routes and we are constantly working to improve these. Please feel free to reach out to us at feedback@srpcompanies.com to discuss further. Best regards!

Pros

Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

Cons

A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
