      Clear vision, excellent support, great people to work with in all levels of the company.

      Cons

      Currently implementing a new ERP system and rolling out improvements. This is a typical pain point for companies in this situation. I haven't experienced Cons outside of the transition and realignment from this.

      Pros

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Pros

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
