Pros

Successful business with longevity, and Platinum Level reputation. Supplying affordable high quality products. On going training/coaching. Some routes with a 4 day work week and opportunity to travel. Health benefits, 401K, Quarterly Bonus potential. PTO and OT. Friendly professional coworkers. Open Door policy with Supervisors and Upper Management. Promotions are from within SRP. Fast acting support teams; IT, routing, inventory mgmt. New vans. No out of pocket expenses. Per Diem with travel. Generally a low stress job if you are prone to following direction and are detail oriented.

Cons

10 hour days, exposed to weather, fast paced servicing. 6am start time. Need to adapt to changes quarterly, which could also be a Pros, (variety). If you don't follow direction for have attention for detail you will get burned out.

Pros

Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

Cons

A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
