      Good place to work. They let you manage your territory on your own as long as you get the job done.

      Cons

      Sometimes the upper management is disorganized and not aware of what is going on at retail.

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
