      None, the company changes it's direction everyday.

      Cons

      What leadership tells you today, will change with in a week. Be prepared to work 7 days a week, then get questioned on your OT. If your 55+ hour per week route is not completed weekly you will probably be terminated.

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Pros

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
