Affordable Healthcare Benefits - Great Coverage! Amazing PTO - 2 Weeks your first year and your route gets covered! Great Management- They are human beings and understand that people have ups and downs. They support their people and are never shy to get their hands dirty with you! Travel - Paid for by the company. With their lodging engine YOU pick your hotel. I have stayed at some amazing hotels all completely paid for by the company. Company Card - If you need it for food (while on the road) or route supplies use it. They don’t beat you up with over complicated expense reports. Submission is very easy. Honest Recruiting - The recruiter was straight up honest about what the job was and what to expect in a typical day. It was not sugar coated. It can be long hours in the heat and cold but if you can hack it, you’ll be rewarded Weekly Pay - The way it should always be! Most of all RESPECT! - A member of Senior leadership told me himself that everybody is equally important. Nobody is more important or “more valuable” than anybody else.
Cons
Very few and they are minor: Get rid of that minimal prescription deductible. Raise the per deim. You can’t eat very well in major metro areas for what they give sometimes. You can get more for less in the Midwest than in Florida, New York and the northeast.
