Pros

You have a job & get paid for going to work.

Cons

EVERYTHING...Higher ups must've taken a class to become professional gaslighters. These people only care about route completion. Work-life balance where? Not here! They DO NOT care about the quality of service given to their customers. They DO NOT care about the safety of their employees. Unrealistic expectations from people that wouldn't come out of their cozy offices to do anything other than clock out for the day. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! They will sell you a dream upon hiring you and throw you to the wolves.

Pros

Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

Cons

A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
