Leadership consistently painted a rosy picture of the company’s health while quietly laying off staff — a pattern that eroded trust over time. The workload is significant with little compensation to match, and burnout is real. Software is outdated and unstable, which makes an already demanding job harder. Clients are extremely demanding and there is little buffer or support structure in place to protect employees. Training is minimal and hiring help is not a priority despite the workload. Nepotism is also prevalent — many family members of leadership work at the company, which impacts fairness and growth opportunities.
