Pros

Office amenities, perks & industry deals are aplenty. The salaries are also pretty competitive for a lot of positions.

Cons

Not particularly welcoming for the most part, as you may expect from a company that is made of so many cyclists. There are exceptions to this, obviously..but a lot negative stereotypes about cyclists and their elitist attitudes are on full display.

Pros

The main pros are that there are actually some really brilliant people who work here. They are intelligent, funny, and have an actual clear vision of how things should be done to deliver a great product to users.

Cons

The cons are that leadership only believes in and genuinely elevates white male voices. Sure, there are ERGs and prominent people of color at the company. But the real decisionmaking power is made by a combination of certain "golden boys" and their buddy, Claude. The ones driving the ship actually lack critical thinking skills.
