- Smart, committed teammates who are working on a product they love - Supportive management and HR team - Great perks and benefits - Transparent and collaborative culture - You really feel like your work makes a difference here, and opportunities for growth are endless. - Employees take responsibility for their actions and the intent is almost always good. - I love coming to work every day, and I'm constantly learning. If Strava doesn't have someone to teach me a skill, they're supportive with professional development and education opportunities outside of the company too.

Cons

-If you want a kick-back role and crazy spending on perks (like 3 meals a day) this probably isn't the right place for you.

The main pros are that there are actually some really brilliant people who work here. They are intelligent, funny, and have an actual clear vision of how things should be done to deliver a great product to users.

Cons

The cons are that leadership only believes in and genuinely elevates white male voices. Sure, there are ERGs and prominent people of color at the company. But the real decisionmaking power is made by a combination of certain "golden boys" and their buddy, Claude. The ones driving the ship actually lack critical thinking skills.
