Pros

-Great group of people, everyone is passionate and talented. -Work life balance has improved a lot across the board recently, previously it was a bit hit or miss across teams. -Some great perks to promote internal culture of fitness -Product refocused and seems to be working, but long term goals not exactly clear

Cons

- Management is a bit scatterbrained and clique-y, sometimes too much transparency and things are all rolling down, sometimes its a black box. -Salaries are fairly stagnated. SF is booming and comp went from above average to average. -Certain benefits are totally lacking or are changing often (401k, hellooo) -Some what of a jock vibe among certain groups -Senior levels across the board need a dose of humility. We're all hear together, so lets act like it. Elitist attitudes are toxic.

Pros

The main pros are that there are actually some really brilliant people who work here. They are intelligent, funny, and have an actual clear vision of how things should be done to deliver a great product to users.

Cons

The cons are that leadership only believes in and genuinely elevates white male voices. Sure, there are ERGs and prominent people of color at the company. But the real decisionmaking power is made by a combination of certain "golden boys" and their buddy, Claude. The ones driving the ship actually lack critical thinking skills.
