- typical start-up things (a bit unstructured) - need organization of internal resources

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. Really appreciate your advice around delivering a more consistent approach to manager training when promoting people. We do have manager training, but we don't always connect that program directly to the promotion cycle. Great suggestion and will chat with the L&D team about it. Thank you!

Pros

The main pros are that there are actually some really brilliant people who work here. They are intelligent, funny, and have an actual clear vision of how things should be done to deliver a great product to users.

Cons

The cons are that leadership only believes in and genuinely elevates white male voices. Sure, there are ERGs and prominent people of color at the company. But the real decisionmaking power is made by a combination of certain "golden boys" and their buddy, Claude. The ones driving the ship actually lack critical thinking skills.
