Pros

Incredible people, awesome work life balance, working on a product that is good for the world and athletes, inclusive to all, start-up energy

Cons

Currently struggling to define company vision for long term, the app has lots going on and add tons of value but can be difficult to sum up in a value prop. Some engineering maturity/growth needed. Probably less pay than some tech competitors. But with our perks and benefits, as well as work life balance and quality of life, I am not bothered.

The main pros are that there are actually some really brilliant people who work here. They are intelligent, funny, and have an actual clear vision of how things should be done to deliver a great product to users.

Cons

The cons are that leadership only believes in and genuinely elevates white male voices. Sure, there are ERGs and prominent people of color at the company. But the real decisionmaking power is made by a combination of certain "golden boys" and their buddy, Claude. The ones driving the ship actually lack critical thinking skills.
