+Great if your an athlete - runs, rides, morning yoga +Support work/life balance +Great brand and still building internationally

Cons

+If you're not a white, male cyclist this may not be the place for you +Trouble retaining women, especially at the leadership level +Clicky culture - groups divide by sport and function so work is slowed down due to office politics +Upward mobility is tough - people stay in their same roles and salaries as middle and exec mgmt come in from elsewhere

Pros

The main pros are that there are actually some really brilliant people who work here. They are intelligent, funny, and have an actual clear vision of how things should be done to deliver a great product to users.

Cons

The cons are that leadership only believes in and genuinely elevates white male voices. Sure, there are ERGs and prominent people of color at the company. But the real decisionmaking power is made by a combination of certain "golden boys" and their buddy, Claude. The ones driving the ship actually lack critical thinking skills.
