-Terrible pay -Terrible benefits -No culture, just chaos. -Misogynistic leaders who micromanage and talk down to employees -Incestuous leadership—no fresh, creative talent at the top just whomever is part of the rat pack. -They don’t and will not care about you. -Work environment is as toxic as Chernobyl -Zero vision, all about profit, employees run around like chickens feeling unvalued and lack purpose. -Onboarding was a joke. Don’t expect to feel welcomed—-just get to work on the reports demanded by leadership. -Women beware, this is a boys club.
