Pros
The only pro is that they allow remote work... but that's about it.
Cons
The worst company culture I've ever experienced. - Leadership and management are incompetent and lacks the basic professionalism. People getting yelled at, gaslighted, and taking blames for their direct reports are the norm. - Don't be fooled by their surface level DEI efforts. There's diversity, but minorities/women often times are being treated without basic respect. If you have any issues, forget about asking HR for help as they are mainly decorative. - Their toxic culture stems stems from the top, many people are aware of it but choose to play along or just suck it up. Most people I met there give out very strong NPC energy. So forget about making meaningful connections or having any career growth. - On-boarding and training is non-exist. They expect you to know everything and do everything but don't even bother to train you or communicate clear expectations to you. - Subpar benefits on all level: health insurance is slightly better than nothing, retirement only match the first half of your contribution. Believe all the bad reviews you're seeing here, as I suspect they post fake reviews here every now and then, as their reputations have drastically gone on a downhill in the past year or two.
