      Can work from home with some flexibility.

      Cons

      I was hired for a part time teacher position which goes along with the part time pay rate. Without asking me, they gave me a full time caseload while paying me the part time hourly wage.

      Pros

      This company is great and they really make you feel appreciated and I actually enjoy my position. I love resolving complex system issues and going out of my way to resolve user's issues. This company has made me enjoy the technical field.

      Cons

      Nothing. This company is moving towards success and user satisfaction.

      Pros

      Flexibility and working from home. Safety at work. Great supportive environment for last few years.

      Cons

      Cost prohibitive testing travel expenses that are not immediately reimbursed. Required to leave home for 2 weeks. Sometimes policies are not enforced to keep funding for students that are not a good fit for online learning.
