Pros
* Some of the best and smartest people I've ever worked with * If you are grandfathered in on compensation bands it's pretty solid (for now)
Cons
* Drastic cuts in new salary bands meaning it's been difficult to hire at the same bar as before. This also causes internal strife as some employees make way more than new employees. * History of making employee-unfriendly changes to policies, compensation, etc * Not public so stock valuations are always suspect making it hard to value * Hiring mostly in EU while starting to mandate RTO makes no sense
