      Pros

      Get a lot of hours if people do not want to come to work. Also after 3 months you get a raise.

      Cons

      When you do Work extra hours there are times when management does not appreciate it and want to cut your hours that was originally scheduled to you like it was your fault you working extra hours. Get people that want to work.......
