Pros
Easy, all it is is keeping the store clean and restocked. You get paid plus some good benefits. You will gain experience and grow alot as person at Stripes/7-11
Cons
Working at Stripes you get to see how many ugly people their are out there. People will always try to steal if the get an opportunity. People with tempers and ugly personality will drain your energy, lie about a product to get a discount, try to confuse you and just hold up the lines. You have to be able to solve a complicated problem that customers create fast. The uglier the location you work at the uglier the people. Also depending alot on managment your coworkers will call in alot or show up hours late; You will definitely have this problem if you choose to work here. Thankfully for me I was lucky enough to have the greatest managers. I've volunteered before at other stores to help out and trust me Managment is a big problem at Stripes. Your gonna have to have tough skin here. Easy job just somtimes management and ugly people is a real downside and problem.
