      The job itself was great and the team I worked with was awesome

      Cons

      Culture is horrible. Unrealistic expectations. They treat their AMs horribly. I moved from an assistant manager, to a general manager, then to an Area Manager. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is no leadership. It’s a dictatorship truly.

      Lots of bonuses and paid time off is concurrent with worked hours so really rack if up
