Pros
They are a very professional company with many job training exercises to ensure any and every employee is up to date with the current policies on how a specific job is required to be done. They off 401k and if you are a college student they offer to meet the amount paid for tuition and reimburse you.
Cons
The only con I would say that I had working with this company is living so far from work. I live out of town and driving there for both school and work was the only reason I could continue working there for some time.
