Pros

PTO and wellness days off

Cons

Company is very unorganized and has a lot of legal issues going on for it to be a new company. People in entry positions are treated like they don’t manner. Entry level staff put in all the work but don’t get bonuses. It's all about metrics and numbers like any other company. There is no room for growth. No matter your position you will be required to make calls to patients to either enroll them in Strives program or do surveys which was not mentioned in the interview. They are several people in upper management is is clueless about kidney care.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First and foremost, as a frontline patient worker, we want to thank you for the work you do here at Strive- you are truly at the heart of everything we do, and we couldn’t do without you. As an organization, our goal is to always to share an honest and realistic job preview with everyone before they join our team- we are sorry to hear you feel that wasn’t your experience and will share this feedback with the leadership team. In our effort to help as many patients as we can, we have an all-hands-on deck mentality when it comes to getting patients enrolled in our program and completing surveys. This allows us to help as many patients as we can get the care that they need and improve our services. We would love for you to share any ideas or thoughts on how we can make this process more seamless please send us a confidential email at peopleops@strivehealth.com

Pros

Pros: The only real benefit was gaining experience in a fast-paced care coordination environment. It helped build multitasking skills, and a few coworkers were genuinely helpful.

Cons

Cons: My experience was dominated by what felt like excessive micromanagement and a very inconsistent management culture. There was a noticeable lack of fairness in how employees were treated, and it often felt like favoritism influenced who was supported or given opportunities to advance. There also appeared to be a pattern where internal relationships and personal connections within the department had more influence than actual performance, which made it difficult to feel like growth was based on merit. Communication from care coordinator leads was another major issue. Despite expectations for staff to respond quickly and professionally, urgent messages, call-outs, and escalations were often ignored or significantly delayed by leadership. This created unnecessary stress and left employees without support when it was needed most. Overall, the environment felt disorganized at the leadership level, with poor communication, uneven management practices, and a lack of accountability.
