Pros

Great benefits. Confusing changes to PTO starting 2024- when needed? Initially very attentive to employee feedback but pulled back from that. Sad, as I liked, admired and respected my peers and supervisors. Several are friends

Cons

Was given improvement plan that had documented expectations higher than policy/ required from peers and that I could be fired at any point in the future if I didn't meet these " special" requirements for me any day in future, after PIP ended. My manager friends told me how illegal this was as were the " special" expectations for me that were above the written job requirements. You also can't retroactively start, stop and start again a PIP without notice.

Pros

Pros: The only real benefit was gaining experience in a fast-paced care coordination environment. It helped build multitasking skills, and a few coworkers were genuinely helpful.

Cons

Cons: My experience was dominated by what felt like excessive micromanagement and a very inconsistent management culture. There was a noticeable lack of fairness in how employees were treated, and it often felt like favoritism influenced who was supported or given opportunities to advance. There also appeared to be a pattern where internal relationships and personal connections within the department had more influence than actual performance, which made it difficult to feel like growth was based on merit. Communication from care coordinator leads was another major issue. Despite expectations for staff to respond quickly and professionally, urgent messages, call-outs, and escalations were often ignored or significantly delayed by leadership. This created unnecessary stress and left employees without support when it was needed most. Overall, the environment felt disorganized at the leadership level, with poor communication, uneven management practices, and a lack of accountability.
