Excellent work culture where you feel genuinely valued and supported. The overall atmosphere is positive and collaborative, with an attentive and organized administrative team that handles the behind-the-scenes tasks so you can focus on providing patient care. They invest in professional growth, offering support to develop clinical skills and they are flexible in building caseloads that align with preferences for travel distance and workload. They also do a great job of recognizing employees through appreciation and incentive programs.

Benefits package could be more competitive, but otherwise I have no significant complaints and would highly recommend this company as a great place to work.

Working at Strive has been an amazing experience. The office staff genuinely cares about both their employees and the families they serve. There really aren't any major downsides. Home health requires flexibility and travel, but that's expected in this field.
