Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While I respect your perspective, I want to clarify a few important points for accuracy and context:
On Cybertrucks: StrongMind does not own three Cybertrucks. We own one, which is being wrapped for promotional purposes as part of our student outreach strategy.
On leadership and qualifications: I was appointed Chief People Officer because of my professional background, not my last name. My career includes leading large-scale people, culture, and professional development initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, as well as founding and running my own businesses. Beyond that, I have supported StrongMind from the sidelines in numerous ways for well over a decade and stepped fully into this role during a time when strong leadership was needed. Titles matter less to me than impact, and my focus has always been on building culture and supporting people.
On family-founded companies: Yes, StrongMind is family-founded. That means we hold each other to higher standards, not lower ones. We work side by side, and anyone who knows me knows my door and inbox is open. Many team members bring concerns directly to me, and I take those conversations seriously. (noelle.creamer@strongmind.com)
On HR and medical requests: It is not the practice of this company to ignore accommodations. We comply with all ADA requirements, and any requests for accommodations are reviewed and addressed through the appropriate process.
On public money: StrongMind is a for-profit company. We re-invest the dollars we earn from our partner schools into technology, AI, curriculum, and many other services that directly support students and families. Every decision we make is guided by how to best serve them (not by siphoning resources elsewhere.)
It’s too bad that during your time here, you couldn’t see the value in the contributions I’ve made or the people-first initiatives I’ve led. But to anyone reading this, I want to assure you that feedback whether positive or negative is taken seriously. We understand that no work environment will meet the needs & preferences of everyone and we get that different work cultures suit different people. Our leadership team is fully committed to listening, learning, and improving each and every single day.
Every decision we make...from team structure to Cybertruck marketing investments...is about one thing: serving students and families with excellence. That mission will always guide us forward 💚
