      Excellent brand recognition and well-respected company among its customer base. Demanding culture but ultimately teaches you how to be successful in this industry.

      Cons

      Zero benefits on travel and very limited on what you can expense. Each team has its own culture and identity to very hard to capture what working at Stryker without understanding the immediate team one would be on.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
