As a company it realizes that its employees are its most valuable resource and expresses appreciation in salary, benefits, and opportunity. It is a high paced, exciting place where each employee can feel a sense of purpose and have opportunity to make a contribution.
Cons
Because it is a successful continuously growing company, the workload often exceeds the headcount.
