Being recent the HR is getting worse day by day, decision is been take single handed, so no one will listen if you are correct or not. only your manager word counts. Some very political people are present who fear and have the habit of using people. Happy faces with bad intention (not everyone) Upper management only consider managers opinion and blame always pointed to low level employee. This give manager some sort of dictatorship, either my way or highway. They fire an employee and upper management didn't even know about it. employee fear of losing job if they put their own perspective towards Lot of initiative but no real effort to bridge gap between upper management and end employees
