      1. Free lunch 2. lot of parites. 3. Reconisation at every level. 4. Feedback given is always consider in a positve way. 5.Salary is good. 6.Onsite opportunities are for all and in a rotational manner.

      Cons

      1.Travel is a pain no cab service is provided bt the company, instead of free lunch cab service should be considered.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
