Pros
My experience with Stryker has only been a positive one! It is the first workplace I have ever been apart of whereby you are 100% surrounded by talented people who want to be at work and want to get the most out of every day. Everyone in the team is hardworking, supportive, and kind. The job itself is constantly challenging and requires excellent communication, time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. For me, I need these challenges as well as to be constantly learning to get fulfillment from a job.
Cons
The recruitment process is extensive and can take weeks to months. You then get to be part of an amazing team as described above if successful.
