Pros
Great team. Surrounded by highly motivated achievers in a supportive environment. A large and successful organisation offering and multitude of career opportunities and possibilities. An perfect example of the application of Positive Organisational Behaviour.
Cons
None really. It doesn't bother me but may bother some....hours can be irregular and sometimes long, but it's absolutely worth it and all evens out in the long run.
