      Good people and decent products - desperately needed strong leadership.

      Cons

      Senior management a mess. Too many acquisitions in too short of a time period, coupled with significant staffing changes created confusion and many good people left.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
