      Stryker is a company that puts it's people first. By doing so, they create an environment for you to thrive and see out your ambitions whilst being fully supported along the way. It is refreshing to work alongside colleague who are all highly driven to succeed and win for themselves, the team and the company as a whole.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
