      Company does a lot to nurture employees through strengths and mentors. Opportunities to get involved in the culture. Approach to interviewing/hiring means working with a lot like-minded, driven people.

      Cons

      As the Australian division of a global company, roles are primarily "business as usual" rather than R&D/innovation of med tech.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
