      Good salary. Flexible hours. Great culture and a youth setting which was excellent

      Cons

      A lot of hours. You have to create your own pipeline. The technology isn't up to par with some of the other companies.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
