Pros

Great 401k match, tuition reimbursement, many holidays, holiday parties, picnics, decent raises, will provide whatever equipment you need to do your job (within reason)

Cons

Lack of diversity, management is allowed to bully/belittle people in a public setting with no accountability. When I say lack of diversity, there were hundreds of times where in meetings I was the only person of color. There are many minorities on the production floor but few seem to make it to upper management which is concerning.

Pros

-Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

Cons

- Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
