      Great exposure to top industry professionals and overall competency of fellow colleagues is high. Smart, hard working people. Awesome benefits and above average compensation. Good company reputation.

      The job itself isn’t bad

      Cons

      Coworkers an overall vibe can be high school ish at times and some can be rude, management has favoritism issues. The pay isn’t great at all. This is one of those departments at stryker where the whole ‘this is the best place with a great culture’ vibe does not reach. Honestly one of the worst jobs I’ve had just because of the people. Oh and there’s zero advancement despite what they might lure you in with.
