      Fits my competitive personality. They give you the tools to succeed. Training is second to none in the field. Well respected name within the market.

      Cons

      Job security and sometimes you feel like you're on an island. Each division has a Corp office and usually you're not near it. Everyone works remotely so it can get lonely.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
