      Good benefits, people are interested in performing their jobs well, some coaching available depending on the department. Flexible schedules, employee programs.

      Cons

      Lots of cronyism, nepotism, resting on past performance as a measure of future projected vision. Sports themed bravado management style versus more Harvard MBA based.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
