Sales managers frequently shift expectations without clear metrics, and compensation adjustments can be arbitrary, sometimes based on unverified claims rather than actual performance. Favoritism runs rampant, with some reps held to different standards than others. The culture encourages backstabbing, as teammates spread falsehoods to gain a financial advantage, leaving you guilty until proven innocent. If you're looking for a fair and transparent sales environment, this may not be the place for you.

-Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

Cons

- Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
