      Great work environment. Employecentric. Decent benefits with bonuses and profit sharing. There are people who truly care about your development.

      Sometimes disorganized due to constant change. A lot of high achievers, but promotions are difficult and competitive so people leave.

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
