      -Takes care of their people through development opportunities -Lots of room to move around to different departments, work remotely and move up quickly with solid performance -Good work life balance

      Cons

      -May not pay as much as other companies do, which isn't everything! -A lot of the locations are located far outside of major cities making it less attractive for younger people to move to

      -Overall high level of talent that you work with -Massive Economies of Scale -Healthy bonus related to healthy company performance

      Cons

      - Poor Work/Life Balance - HR really only works for Director's and up, and enables their behavior regardless of alignment with company values. Just there to protect the shield - Upstream Marketing has little to know upward growth or trajectory even with years of high ratings on reviews. Must carry the bag to grow career at Stryker.
