Pros

Culture is very positive. At all levels, safety is the top priority -- not just lip service! At the corporate and manufacturing levels, people are empowered to take responsibility for everything they see and do and are empowered to grow their careers. The company is very open and honest and regularly holds virtual town hall presentations.

Cons

Since people are empowered they are also held accountable so if people want to shift blame this is probably not the company for them. corporate positions at headquarters are intended to be on site so few opportunities for remote work.

PTO and sick leave . are very little . they hire anyone that applies a revolving door of people very hot in summer and very cold in winter very little communication
