Pros
They are a global company with good vision. There is limited competition in their market. Great management pending the location you work at. Good pay and benifits. They have experimented with some alternative work schedule, but struggling to manage them.
Cons
Some divisions are very close minded and micro managing, particularly the corporate and engineering group in NJ. With great vision of functionality, the are the struggles to break the mold of this is what have done.
