      Upper management refuses to share short/long term plans with the workforce which has caused many good worker to leave the company!

      Relatively good pay (can’t reach the 15 word minimum because I can’t think of any other pros)

      Cons

      Nonexistent communication, no training beyond on boarding (despite repeated requests over almost 3 years)
