      Pros

      The folks you work with and the work it’s self makes the job rewarding.

      Cons

      Salaries have not been properly adjusted for recent inflation and the company is looking to move its workforce outside of NJ. They have lost a lot of headcount that they have not plan to replace.

      Relatively good pay (can’t reach the 15 word minimum because I can’t think of any other pros)

      Cons

      Nonexistent communication, no training beyond on boarding (despite repeated requests over almost 3 years)
