      Pros

      Decent pay. Working on ships means you possibly have half the year off. Possible limited worldwide travel.

      Cons

      Scheduling totally dependent on ships schedule, and the ships schedule constantly changes. So there is no schedule security. Leadership and management can be extremely out of touch with the realities of working on a ship, Little to no remote support sometimes when experiencing issues.

      Relatively good pay (can’t reach the 15 word minimum because I can’t think of any other pros)

      Nonexistent communication, no training beyond on boarding (despite repeated requests over almost 3 years)
