Plenty of hours, coworkers are great sometimes. Depending on if you play fair with on call schedule. If this is a pro... great job security as they can't seem to find or hire drivers and techs. Either the pay is low or everyone is happy at their current employer... company vehicles are newer, not driving junk
Cons
Our particular branch has lazy managers or managers that don't seem to have common sense. Maybe corporate makes them rag dolls. On call schedule is what it is. Some days are super crazy busy and others are easy, lots of driving, every office is different. Our office has little training, figure it out and when in the ranks of drivers or techs no advancement. There are different levels of techs they just don't want pay more so no training to advance
