Pros

Responding to this review on 8/1/17 - I have been working at Suburban Propane full-time (More than 10 years) Pros As a Supervisor, I am able to make some decisions but not all. I enjoy working with my team. The Contact Center is like a family.

Cons

The supervisor thinks that everyone is a family but everyone dislikes her. She feels superior to the rest of the group and bullies them.

Great PTO and flexible scheduling

Cons

Falsified W2s by adding more money to them then I actually made, or never actually paid me what they say they did. Cancelled health immediately instead of running it to the end of the month yet still took the premiums out of my last check. Very low pay for the position. Zero care for employee. Over work since always understaffed. I did the job of at least three people, all the while making less than the new guys that only did one thing. Never promote from within, always hires from outside. No growth in company.
